The man didn’t understand me, so I asked my son to say it, but he still didn’t understand and was very rude to me. He said he wouldn’t do it, and I felt so embarrassed I just wanted to leave. I finally said, “Okay, make it three pounds,” and he started throwing the fish around. He was so rude that he realized it and later apologized. But I just want to say that employees need to be taught to treat customers with respect — we don’t get anything for free; we pay for everything, and things are expensive.
