I order 2 double cheeseburger and consistently get 2 single patties, I don’t know if he doesn’t speak English, or just doesn’t care but you need someone who can run a shift and understand the customers.

- NCNick ClarkJan 16, 20262.0I ordered my meal on the mobile app and when I got to the McDonald's there were several calls ahead of me waiting in line when I got up to the speaker I was told that I needed to wait and I sat there for an additional 15 minutes seeing little to no movement being made with the cars ahead of me and several cars lining up behind me I canceled my order and I left I'm very disappointed in the lack of service the third shift at this McDonald's is clearly not efficient I went to cross the street to Burger King for my meal they were happy to take my business.
