    I went to a Chicago McDonald’s a couple weeks ago and they did not do the table service. It was nice they did it here. Small thing I know. Keep up the good work.

    AWFUL SERVICE & IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!! I ASKED FOR THE MCCHICKEN MEAL & I REQUESTED EXTRA PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS on the sandwich and I didn't get any!! They simply gave me a bunch of lettuce on a McChicken and the wrapper wasn't even wrapped!! THEN THEY ASKED ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED FOR MY NUGGETS, I SAID RANCH & WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, I ASKED IS THERE RANCH IN THE BAG? THE YOUNG MAN TOLD ME YES. HE CASHED ME OUT, GAVE ME NO RECEIPT AND I FOUND OUT WHEN I STOPPED TO EAT, THAT I GOT NO SAUCE! THEN THE DRINK COMES WITH THE MEAL THAT I ORDERED & THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A STRAW OR NAPKINS!! I HAD TO DRIVE BACK AROUND THE DRIVE-THRU WITH MY FOOD ON MY LAP TO GET MY STRAW, NAPKINS AND RANCH. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN!! IF I WASN'T IN SUCH A RUSH TO GO PICK UP MY CHILD, I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK INSIDE AND THROWN MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER & SAID MAKE MY ENTIRE MEAL OVER!! THE ENTIRE ORDER IS WRONG!! NEVER AGAIN!! I will gladly drive to the other side of town on Medway Rd. to get GREAT SERVICE & the order is ALWAYS correct!!

    I'm going to send you the photo so you can show all McDonald's how your employee made a caramel frappe the right way. This is the correct way, I think this photo should serve as an example to all other McDonald's that do it wrong and in a different and bad way.
