When you ask about your order, they say it's not ready and start preparing drive-thru orders before returning to yours. It took 40 minutes to prepare two cups of coffee, even though I was the only one there and I had to wait because it wasn't for me; I was getting it for someone else.

I ordered a large expecting a good cup of my chai latte and they can’t even do that. The food is either uncooked or overcooked no in between. Drinks taste like garbage water and I’m frankly sick of this location. They need new employees!!!!!!! I only come since it’s close to home and on my way to work and drop off for school. Imagine having your morning ruined over something you and your kids are looking forward to. I’ve worked at Dunkin’s and it’s really not that hard to give customers good quality food. Then when you ask them to correct it they have a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Judy will find a new location around the area. These people are ridiculous
