I wait a lot of of the line to get my order .. in every time the order is not correct today I got a hot caramel latte The guy he just added the caramel after someone left a coffee behind! And I also asked for hash brown load that was coming very cold and almost burned! There is only one people working over there. I saw two or three cars leaving their place because they couldn’t wait.!! there is only one person working over there

When you ask about your order, they say it's not ready and start preparing drive-thru orders before returning to yours. It took 40 minutes to prepare two cups of coffee, even though I was the only one there and I had to wait because it wasn't for me; I was getting it for someone else.
