  Honestly just writing this review because I got home to realize they put sour cream over my whole bowl I made online order (I have dairy allergy) and then took 20 minutes trying to get refund through customer service and they only offered partial refund. I got home and had to go back out to get another dinner. I spend an embarrassing amount on chipotle a year and this is how I’m treated when an honest mistake is made? I get it’s an honest mistake but I should not have to pay for it…Just give me my $16+ back and I’d have let it go rather than try and offer me only a partial refund?

  Food was good. Service was pretty good. Ate in for the last time there. Every table in the dining area had food scraps on it. Team has time to joke around in the back, but cleaning tables is obviously below them. I'll likely order here again but will not make the mistake of eating there again. Probably the worst I've seen inside a restaurant that was open.

  legit filled up my toppings half way for my quesadilla, there was rice at the bottom of my sour cream and my rice and beans mixed together barely filled up one slot

  Date 12/7/2015 Order#319 Time 5.50pm This place needs better management. Employees are always rude they need better training. As a customer we paid for our food we aspect better service and justtttt littleee respect. Especially the guys who put vegetables on customers food and the guy who ask for chips and drinks with your order he asked me 11 times when I make my food( there is only 1 lady behind me). If you can’t handle food business just shut down the business people of Milford will get better option. Please

  So i am gluten free and i have been going to chipotle for many years and never had an issue, today unfortunately changed that. I went in when it wasn't busy and i ordered a bowl, the girl at the line washed her hands, changed her gloves and everything, like usual. She offered to get me new rice and i said yes please and she said it would take a bit so she helped the person i was with. however while she was doing this she was making her own food that was a tortilla. I saw her touch the bowl that was going to be mine after she had touched her tortilla, then she took the person i was with and used that bowl so i was thinking that she would just change her gloves again. NOPE, she did his order, continued making her burrito, then went ahead and was touching my insides of my bowl with her hands that had touched her tortilla. she went so far as to ask if i wanted new rice but didnt ask about lettuce or cheese which they always give me a new lettuce and cheese. When i got home i didnt know until i ate my bowl and i got severely sick, because of the cross contamination. I dont have any issue with someone making their dinner, i have an issue with the fact that i have never ever had an issue with chipotle but because one person was being lazy i in turn got severely sick. I love chipotle but this issue needs to be addressed
