I got home and had to go back out to get another dinner. I spend an embarrassing amount on chipotle a year and this is how I’m treated when an honest mistake is made? I get it’s an honest mistake but I should not have to pay for it…Just give me my $16+ back and I’d have let it go rather than try and offer me only a partial refund?
