  I used to come here all the time, but the coffee quality has really gone downhill. I ordered a latte, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened—it came completely filled with ice and so much cream that I could barely taste any coffee at all. I think I’ve learned my lesson. I’d rather pay for Starbucks if it means actually getting real coffee.

  I walked in waited in the front for a few mins before anyone approached me. Guy asks if I’m ready to order I am . simple order I ask for a med iced and 2 donuts as I pull out my phone to pay with the app the guy walks away and goes to the drive thru. Not a hold on one sec nothing just walks away I’m standing there completely confused. I wait a few mins before I leave. This Dunkin has gone down hill. This wouldn’t be the first time I go there and the staff is rude no customer service skills what so ever. I will gladly drive an extra 10 mins to go to another store before ever going back to this place.

  Man in the window was mad rude, tried asking something after giving me my order, and he goes “what are you still doing here”

  I will never go back to this place! I was in the drive through and all I could hear was muffles in the microphone so I nicely say hello only 2 times is anyone there and the answer was "ma'am it's busy, if you can't wait, you can leave!" Not even a heads up!! 😒
