- MMMarshallApr 12, 20261.00/10. Do not recommend this location. Order will always be wrong. Quality of food/drink will always be awful. If you try contacting the team, they do not care about the problem and will not try to provide a solution.
- BWBreanna WebbMar 27, 20261.0I’d give no stars if I could. Upon ordering, after every item I ordered (4 items) the person taking my order said “is that it” .. I’ve worked at Dunkin for many years in the past…even at this location too years back…and it was COMMON COURTESY to say anything else BESIDES “is that it”. I also ordered my latte with an extra pump, did not get that so it didn’t taste right..the hashbrowns were cold.. and the kid at the window didn’t speak, he shoved my bag thru MY window and I STILL tipped.. not even a thank you or have a good day. Yall are miserable at this location, and the service has definitely gone down hill since a whole different crew was hired. Buyers beware, not worth it to go here even if it’s “on the way” somewhere.
