And even better I don't know how or why but their donuts are so much better than any other Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They even have glazed chocolate sticks which is my favorite and i have trouble finding at other locations. This place is great.

Today around 1130 am was the worse experience i have ever in counted with the staff. I went is the drive-through. the manager was working the window. she gave me the wrong ice coffee and it spilled a little on me. I told her this is not my coffee i ordered. she fix it and gave me the rest of my order. I got the order it was wrong and told her she handed me another bag and i stated to drive away when i notice it was the wrong order again. I went inside to enplane my order i was welcomed by hostile employee working the fort counter. I told her what happed and what i ordered she gave me another bag and said "have a blessed day" I told her this is not my full order and i was missing an item. She started to Wisper softy that " your not tough i know you live around the corner" at this time standing there waiting for the rest of my order she keep on whispering threatening remakes toward me. I asked for a refund and she took the bag and tossed it in the trash. I asked for the manager to discuss this issue and was giving an attitude. She refunded my money, I Think? My DD app was cleared of all my transaction. As the manager was refunding my trans action the employee keep on making threatening remakes. I stated to the manager that i should not be threatened. the manager asked the employee to just stop it. This is not acceptable when they get your order wrong and you just want what you pay for. Not once did the manager apologize for the wrong order, or the employee. This was the worse experience I had ever had at any Dunkin's Have a Bless Day!
