- BDBran DizzleOct 23, 20251.0My wife placed our order online for me to pick up on my way home from work. I walked in and a woman comes out from the back, does not say a single word to me and pushes two sandwiches at me and walks away. The customer service was atrocious, no greeting and didn't check to see if I was there to order or pick up an order, the woman was on her phone the entire time. I got home and the sandwiches were poorly made at best. I ordered "more" sauce on my sandwich and had entire portions with no sauce on it, my wife ordered extra vegetables on her sandwich and in her words the sandwich felt empty like she was just eating bread. This place may have the convenience of being close to my house but I'll never go back and caution everyone who reads this to stay away.

The lady working behind the counter is just having a phone conversation in whatever language she speaks, while also trying to take my order. I wasn't even greeted when I walked up to the counter, I just stood there for a few minutes waiting for her to come over and take my order. I assume this location is privately owned and the family works here, but it is clear they hate it and don't respect the customers at all. I will never go back to this location.
