We asked for cheese on our egg for our big McDonald's breakfast they put the cheese on the biscuit! We order orange juice with our meals it tastes like orange water with absolutely no flavor! And then when we try to request for either another cup of orange juice or to offer up next time please put the cheese on the egg we are looked at and treated like we are "Karen's"? Partly our fault for continuously going to this McDonald's but you figured the staff there were trained within reason or even properly at best but no?! Or maybe our expectations are just too high for someone to actually put cheese on the egg when we ask for cheese on the egg instead of the biscuit?! Or maybe getting another cup of orange juice if in fact the cup they gave was watered down?! Next thing you know "there ice cream machine is going to be down"?! Thank you McDonald's staff for not only fulfilling the simple things but trying to deflect onto your customers to make us feel as if we are in the wrong. What a way to start your day I think we should go to Burger King from now on cuz "we can have it our way." Sincerely, an ex McDonald's breakfast enthusiast.
