    Sucks at making simple coffees. Even for a simple frozen coffee, they seem to mess tha up every time I order, send it back and they get annoyed at you like I’m not the one that knows what I’m doing.

    When you go through drive thru, at the very least they should know their own donut menu or help you make a selection. Telling the customer you don’t have donuts at Dunkin is hilarious. I drove off. Not a great business model.

    Do not attempt to go on this place in the evening…. You get ignored when you walk in by an employee on her phone and nobody will serve you Don’t waste your time go down the street

    More talking to workers than doing actual work. 20 minute wait for one person, taking time getting food that took 4 minutes to get back to a person, which normally if no distractions is a 3 second wait. Short staffedish
