Several people in the community are aware of this issue, and many have chosen to go to other locations specifically to avoid interacting with her. Management seriously needs to address this situation. Customer service should be respectful at all times, and employees who repeatedly mistreat customers should not be representing the company. And when you ask them what's happened with your order they laugh in in your face... Looks like the training for employees are very poor.. . I don't sell drugs on Street. .. I work very hard to buy something to eat..... McDonald's should finish the franchise in this location quickly....
