Attitude the moment you walked to the register by this chic who had flashers (fake eyelashes!). She gave an attitude to my mom and autistic adult daughter. Nuggets were burned and coffee I ordered was awfully disgusting! Not even the amount of creamer and sugars I told her to add. It was like she put nothing. Burger didn't even look like a burger, more like a mini burger. Food was not what I expected of a fast food service, service was with 0 class, and the atmosphere was that of employees all over the place and skatered like chickens in a coupe! Garbage was full to the brim, and no one came to clean the lobby, so no lobby check! Yelling orders at each other doesn't help with the atmosphere either! Simply put, customer service etiquette is 0% lacking. Another thing to note, I guess is was about to end her shift so she had the "I wanna go home " attitude. Very unbecoming!

I waited 30 minutes for a single salad that they got wrong, and they gave me food poisoning. They should go out of business.

This place tried charging for extra sauce and reasoning because Wendy's doesn't make enough money.. & it's "2025" & said I'm "rich".. as if the extra sauce was coming out of his paycheck & if so I wouldn't work for Wendy's!! Wendy's makes about 6.8 million dollars a year theres no reason why they need to charge for however much sauce a customer needs for the quantity fries/nuggets they order. A district manager needs to check this location out and see why they can't afford to give more sauce, every other fast food does not charge for second sauce or make it problem To add more.. Chick- fil-a across the street & McDonald's down the street are better so far if this how Wendy's is going down.
