  I ordered "chocolate milkshake"!!! First she gave me a coffee, I said I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Then she gave me a chocolate milk, I said I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Finally, she gave me a vanilla milkshake, I said I ordered a chocolate milkshake. This time, She responded "This IS a chocolate milkshake!!!", I said nop its white! Chocolate milkshake is NOT white. (Unless MCD all the sudden has white chocolate??!!) She still tried to argue with me few more times, I guess she try to test if I am color blind?! Eventually she turned around and asked other people and a gentleman made me a "chocolate milkshake" which is NOT white. I am completely shocked!!! I've never had this kind of experience before. Im not sure if she just couldn't understand my English or she just didn't care and tried to get me out of there? This is a very bad experience, a very bad customer service!!!!

  If you like waiting forever for someone to take your order. Multiple employees looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. Then serve you borderline raw chicken. This is the place for you.

  Download the McDonald's app. It will save you $ if you frequent McDonald's. I chose this McDonald's because: A) We were on our way to an event nearby B) My kids wanted McDonald's french fries 🍟 C) This McDonald's had the better Google Maps reviews out of the three McDonald's in Methuen. The food is, well, McDonald's. My kids love 💗 the french fries 🍟. I will only eat at a McDonald's if I am really hungry, which I was. I ordered online and the wait for our food was reasonable. They got most of the orders correct. My issue with the drink order was minor. They did include ketchup and napkins in the orders. I asked politely for our table to be wiped down because the previous customers were a little messy. An associate did and it was appreciated. Another associate came out later and wiped down the other tables. Not all of the associates speak 🗣️ English which can make communication a little challenging. The outside parking 🅿️ area was in good condition. This McDonald's was better than I expected.
