I love this location FOR PICKUP but I will say certain employees need to have dashers CONFIRM orders before just handing customers food off to them. It’s completely a waste of time when the dashers unassigned their selves and customers are waiting around for imaginary food to arrive!

I don't know what's going on in this McDonald's location that you order something and they put in the order like everything wrong.... And when you ask them what's happened with your order they laugh in in your face... Looks like the training for employees are very poor.. . I don't sell drugs on Street. .. I work very hard to buy something to eat..... McDonald's should finish the franchise in this location quickly....

So on this particular day, I was doing some DoorDash, which I rarely do because DoorDash does not pay good money so pretty much. I’m just voluntarily just delivering food pretty much for free. I’m doing DoorDash a favor doing the customers a favor by getting them their food and I’m doing the merchant a favor, which is McDonald’s Now upon arriving at McDonald’s I confirm the order verbally over the intercom then they told me to get to the window so I can retrieve the order upon trying to retrieve the order. There’s a male a male that comes to the drive-through window as I’m trying to reach for the food. He won’t hand it over to me because he’s telling me to confirm and I said how the hell am I gonna confirm it if I physically don’t have it in my hand and you won’t give me the order at that point I’m gonna be honest I kind of lost my cool and told him like listen I don’t appreciate you guys telling me how to do my job. DoorDash doesn’t train you or instruct you guys to tell delivery drivers on the DoorDash platform how to do their jobs. You work for McDonald’s I’m a subcontracted employee on the DoorDash platform. How does the DoorDash driver look coming to tell a McDonald’s employee how to do their job they just didn’t see the concept or the point I was trying to make so instead of them just saying like all right I understand no well they started rebottling and creating excuses and justifying them telling me how to do my job that a bunch of delivery driver, steal the food and my response to that is whatever someone else does should not reflect on me and whatever a DoorDash driver doesn’t complete a delivery. There’s an insurance system in store that the merchant still gets their money regardless so what the hell does the merchant or McDonald care if I confirm the order or not they’re not losing out on anything but these people would rather compromise and undermine the integrity of the job that you hold no authority over us drivers. You’re in no position to tell us what to do and it’s the truth it’s the fact, but you know their opinion is is that they’re gonna tell us what to do because their bosses tell them what to do Well when I speak to to DoorDash DoorDash does not approve of merchants telling drivers what to do and how to do things so then a female comes over and puts her two cents in the discussion isn’t with her but says that I’m talking crazy to the guy because I’m telling him that he doesn’t need to be telling me how to do my job and how do I look tell him to do his job so that’s her opinion that I’m talking to him crazy because I’m telling him not to tell me how to do my job I’m drawing boundaries and you guys are overstepping your boundaries. I’m better at my job than what you guys are at doing your jobs so and I continue telling DoorDash like DoorDash. I’m not the one to be played with bro I don’t go around disrespecting people and overstepping my boundaries. You need to let your merchant know, bro to be on their best behavior because if they want to engage a mutual combat, I am with it and the funny thing about the whole situation is I tell them like listen you know what I’m gonna make a report to DoorDash, cause DoorDash told me whenever doorDash told me whenever stuff like this happens to call it in and report it which I did and in the process of trying to make a report, the girl starts laughing at me like if I’m a joke right because all I did is ask them to not tell me how to do my job so now they’re laughing at me at the top of their lungs like something is a joke right and then they’re instructing me to leave to move out of the drive-through when there’s no one in the drive-through behind me right and I’m by law I’ve been given the right to be on McDonald’s property when I accepted the ride or the delivery so that person can’t even tell me to get off the property, but yeah I don’t ever really go to this place or even go there to deliver food or buy food McDonald’s is pretty much some of the worst and most unhealthy food known a man I wouldn’t eat it I would rather starve
