  They were completely unorganized. It took almost 30 minutes for a 2‑drink mobile order, and the cups were dirty and wet when handed to us

  Terrible service. So unprofessional through the drive through. Making “jokes” through the speaker saying they don’t have things while I hear the other employees laughing hysterically in the background. It felt like children were taking my order

  The lady at the drive thru has the be the rudest dunks employee I have come across ever. She was at the other location and it’s just getting worse . She dropped my debit card when handing it to me and barely acknowledged an apology , I had to back up leave my vehicle and retrieve my card. And if she remembers that then she remembers me, which I want her to know who wrote this to be honest. Because she knows she is rude .. she does the “huh” I can’t hear you. The “what else” “yeah” doesn’t repeat back. I am clearly not the only that has gotten that bad attitude based on the reviews . They simply do not care . Will I continue going here sure . Am I going to let her intimidate me on getting my coffee No . But if she is the manager or just a drive -thru employee . This is a poor reflection in management ignoring the issue . She treated customers rudely at the other location and now she is in this nice beautiful location delivering the same crappy service . I will ask for a receipt next time and try to Figure out who this person is

  I waited almost 25 minutes at the window waiting for my food. Then someone came and asked how they could help me. I said I was waiting for my food and they did not know anything about it. I had already paid for it. They act as if they do not want to work there. They should get another job somewhere else where they do not deal with the public. It is sad, but I hope the corporation finds out about this because they should shut them down and train them the right way.

  I give this place 0 stars, the reason why is because their employees and their customer service are so RUDE and always have a bad attitude, there’s this Spanish lady everytime I pull up as a respectful young lady like my parents raised me i always say GM or Thank you, this lady never NEVER responds back but give me attitude and angry vibes, if you’re not happy with your job and don’t like what you’re doing then maybe look for a different job but don’t treat your customers that way, I work as a SRA, I work with customers and I don’t treat them that way no matter what, I went to get the”raspberry croissant” and they didn’t warmed it up, it had like black points on it, kinda disgusting, hey We're not going to ask for handouts; we're going to pay with our own money—money they themselves use to pay them. really bad service:(
