  Could be a hit or miss here on drinks. For me personally, 70% miss and 30% hit. I learned that if you want good coffee, go in the morning. Late evening into nights, coffee did not meet the standard quality.

  PLEASE FIX YOUR ESPRESSO MACHINE. Your lattes taste burnt every time I go no joke to the point I had to stop getting them. And I go all the time. I tried again today and it was burnt again. PLEASE FIX IT.

  The lady at the drive thru has the be the rudest dunks employee I have come across ever. She was at the other location and it’s just getting worse . She dropped my debit card when handing it to me and barely acknowledged an apology , I had to back up leave my vehicle and retrieve my card. And if she remembers that then she remembers me, which I want her to know who wrote this to be honest. Because she knows she is rude .. she does the “huh” I can’t hear you. The “what else” “yeah” doesn’t repeat back. I am clearly not the only that has gotten that bad attitude based on the reviews . They simply do not care . Will I continue going here sure . Am I going to let her intimidate me on getting my coffee No . But if she is the manager or just a drive -thru employee . This is a poor reflection in management ignoring the issue . She treated customers rudely at the other location and now she is in this nice beautiful location delivering the same crappy service . I will ask for a receipt next time and try to Figure out who this person is
