After waiting a couple of minutes and saying “hello” a few times, I finally got a response — but with attitude. I was taken aback and when the worker continued speaking with the same rude tone I left immediately . Very disappointing experience.

I don't like the new location, it's so much smaller.. the line is always out to the street but overall the employees are always super nice! The food is always fresh although coffee and donuts through the drive-thru only, would be nice.

The person who was serving should find another job that does not deal with the public. I've reduced the purchasing of items from Dunkin in general and this will just make me want to buy even less.
