Not only did the girl running the drive through ordering have the worst attitude when asked what donuts they have when the one i wanted was not available and proceeded with a attitude as if she was talking to someone from the street the girl at the window thought her awful display of customer service was funny and when asked the name of the girl so i could reach out to corporate she ran away laughing and another girl came to the window as i was letting her know the issue and i would like to speak to a manager said girl comes up rude as can be with " whats your problem" there is no de-escalation skills there was active listening it was a awful experience told my significant other to not speak as he was clarifying the issue. I have worked in customer service my whole life and dunkins being one of them and know this is far from the norm or professional in any manner. You treat others in a manner which you would want to be treated as a paying customer you never know the day someone is having and dr escalation is so important or you could fjnd yourself in a position you cant get out of. Will be reaching out to your corporate office as this behavior is unacceptable in any capacity especially for a paying customer

The team here goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect, and the clean and organized atmosphere is always welcoming. A huge shoutout to the manager Julie and her amazing crew, their hard work and dedication really show. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Whether it’s my morning coffee, a fresh donut, or a quick snack on the go, this location consistently delivers with top-notch quality and excellent service.
