My sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee was as sweet as straight honey. When I complained, an employee told me, “That’s what you ordered, we can’t help you.” The staff here clearly doesn’t care about the store’s reputation—no professionalism, no respect. While I was inside, all I saw was them yelling at customers and blasting random music loudly, this things let me avoid coming to this shop forever.
