  First off, they took so long to give the drinks. The cup had caramel smeared all over the place, and when I grabbed the cup it was really sticky. When they gave me my other drink, I asked for a large, they gave a medium, and I saw that they just poured it into a large cup and filled it with extra ice.

  I honestly don’t know how this Dunkin’ is still in business. Does any supervisor even read the reviews? This has been the slowest and most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. They made me wait forever—you’ll stand there while employees walk right past you without taking your order. My sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee was as sweet as straight honey. When I complained, an employee told me, “That’s what you ordered, we can’t help you.” The staff here clearly doesn’t care about the store’s reputation—no professionalism, no respect. While I was inside, all I saw was them yelling at customers and blasting random music loudly, this things let me avoid coming to this shop forever.

  People who work here show no respect, I ordered my latte, and a sandwich, and they didn’t make it. When I tried to figured out what happened they started to yell at me, and threatened me to leave or to call the police, cause they didn’t do any mistake, and they can’t see my order, bear in mind I paid inside with debit card. After 20 minutes I got my drinks, but they kept talking about me in a terrible way. How could a customer treated in this way ????

  This was the worst Dunkin’ I have ever visited. I went in, placed my order, and waited more than 20 minutes—nothing was prepared. When I went to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude. The two men working there, along with the manager, spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, telling me, if you don’t like our service, go somewhere else. You have two minutes to order again or leave.” I told them I had already ordered and paid, and they said they couldn’t see my order. One of the employees tried to resolve the situation, but the other kept saying, “Don’t defend the idiots. The last expression was, shut up, you can order again or go away.
