  This new location needs to step up I liked where the old location was because at least at that one there were much better staff and they had a good attitude. I wait in the drive through for like 20 minutes with only 3-4 people in front of me. Rude employees. Bad/very slow service. I do customer service and I would never respond to customers like how they do

  Could be a hit or miss here on drinks. For me personally, 70% miss and 30% hit. I learned that if you want good coffee, go in the morning. Late evening into nights, coffee did not meet the standard quality.

  PLEASE FIX YOUR ESPRESSO MACHINE. Your lattes taste burnt every time I go no joke to the point I had to stop getting them. And I go all the time. I tried again today and it was burnt again. PLEASE FIX IT.
