  My review applies more to the morning crew than the afternoon. And as someone who has worked for Dunkin in the past I am very understanding. I think the afternoon crew do their best but they seem understaffed and lacking management presence. But the morning crew-( Morgan- you're my hero-) is ON POINT. They know our order. They know our faces. Sometimes I look in the window and can see that my coffee looks off.... and Morgan inspects it and hands it back to coworkers like "nah fix this" before handing it to me out the window. THAT is the kind of thing that sets the morning crew apart. Mistakes happen. We all human. Youre doing repetitive work again and again and again. Each coffee is so similar and so not. SO I am never personally offended if I do have to ask for a correction. Life's too short. Also, off topic, slightly. But it will matter to someone, somewhere. This dunkin appears to be very LGBTQ+ friendly. The staff are friendly and from all walks of life. And I feel safe going there. 🩷🙏 This Dunkin was the first thing I knew how to get to when I moved to the area. I will drive past the Jackson st dunks just to hit this one instead. (No shade to Jackson street. They do a good job too) Thanks for being my Caffeine Kings and Queens 🩷🙏

  Cheated on my dunks deit again Today but with good reason as my customer paid for my coffee and donut 🍩 breakfast this snowy 🌨 ❄️ Good old New England Weather Day. Service was quick friendly and down for doing business this morning. Good job...

  Morgan is a very wonderful and kind worker there. They always make sure my puppy gets a pup cup ♥️😁 makes my day and my dogs day!

  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did the girl running the drive through ordering have the worst attitude when asked what donuts they have when the one i wanted was not available and proceeded with a attitude as if she was talking to someone from the street the girl at the window thought her awful display of customer service was funny and when asked the name of the girl so i could reach out to corporate she ran away laughing and another girl came to the window as i was letting her know the issue and i would like to speak to a manager said girl comes up rude as can be with " whats your problem" there is no de-escalation skills there was active listening it was a awful experience told my significant other to not speak as he was clarifying the issue. I have worked in customer service my whole life and dunkins being one of them and know this is far from the norm or professional in any manner. You treat others in a manner which you would want to be treated as a paying customer you never know the day someone is having and dr escalation is so important or you could fjnd yourself in a position you cant get out of. Will be reaching out to your corporate office as this behavior is unacceptable in any capacity especially for a paying customer
