  I have been a frequent customer at the Mendon Ma. Dunkin since this store was a Dairy Queen many years ago and I can not remember ever having a problem with any manager or any staff members. Service is always excellent, coffee is always good, food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The problem with other review complaints is this new era of people who are to damn lazy to get out of their vehicles to go in the store and see how truly well the staff is. The laziness of using the drive thru has taken over many of the privileged people who seem to think that they are the only ones waiting for a coffee or whatever. Wake up people. When the store opens a 5AM this means some team members are up at 4AM or earlier to serve the public. Give them a break.

  Their food is usually cooked well for the most part which is why i love this location. Donuts are fresh. The hash-browns are always hot and crispy. The wraps are always hot and cooked correctly. Which is why this is my favorite Dunkin location (I drive every morning from Milford, passing 3 other Dunkin’s JUST to come to this location) However, whenever I pay extra for extra flavor swirls, I never actually receive extra swirls. Also the sandwiches are usually not cooked well. They do not toast the bread or melt the cheese on sandwiches. I received an uncooked bagel, undercooked bacon, and a cold slice of cheese thrown together. So i avoid getting sandwiches from here. Overall the service is good and most of the food is good so I continue to return, just wish they actually cooked the sandwich’s!!

  Ordered a simple iced coffee and they somehow managed to make it wrong. Normally i would have said something but this isn’t the first time this place has screwed up an order. I’ll take my money to the dozens of other coffee establishments in the area. It was an iced coffee order from Dunkin, not filet mignon from Alicante. Getting that wrong is just idiotic.

  I wish I could give this location a –5 star review. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to where the order is consistently wrong. I usually never complain, but after adding up the amount I’ve paid for items I never received, it’s well over $50. Today was the final straw. I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches with extra cheese and a large Americano. My coffee was wrong, and neither sandwich had any cheese at all. When I politely mentioned it at the window, the employee told me they “can’t take it back,” which I understand — but instead of making a new sandwich, they handed me two cold slices of American cheese through the drive-thru window. That is extremely unprofessional. As a previous business owner, I always give places a second chance, and I am very patient. But this is clearly a training and leadership problem. It’s shocking that someone invested millions of dollars into this franchise but hasn’t invested in properly training their staff. I hope management reads this and actually makes improvements, because this level of service is unacceptable.
