I only noticed the price well after delivery. Can’t believe I even gave a generous tip!!! Will NEVER EVER go there again! We shouldn’t have to question everything…but from now on I will!! I didn’t have the receipt to go back and plead my case, unfortunately!!! I hate “RIP-OFFS”! Shame on you folks for being such jerks! I won’t be back ever! I explained that I had placed an order, and when I asked if a coupon could be applied, he told me it should have been mentioned over the phone and seemed frustrated. He eventually helped me, but his communication felt unfriendly — he did not reply when I said “thank you” several times, or even when my son said “bye.” I understand that working alone can be stressful, and I appreciate that he completed my order, but the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service and a simple kind response can make a big difference in a customer’s day. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for others

Then I wanted to pick pay at store and that's not an option. Now I will NEVER order online again because it was too confusing to follow the prompts. It's even confusing to check out. The new design is awful and I have plenty of local places near me to order pizza. Awful website design.
