  I visited on a Tuesday from lunch. Place was very clean, food was fresh. We ordered two protein bowls. The honey chicken was a little spicy for me. Beef next time. Chips are a hit always.

  Wild occurrence here. It’s 8pm and there was no cheese or corn. On top of that, they offered if I liked queso instead and they fully charged me for it. Ok, no problem. Then, I redeemed my rewards and they said that free chips went through. I scanned it in. The total didn’t come down all that much, maybe $1-2. The girl assured me this was applied and when I asked for the receipt I noticed she didn’t apply the promotion.

  It’s only 3 in the afternoon and they say they’re out of the fajita veggies and won’t be making more.

  At some point they will get my online order correct. 4 times in a row they have managed to mess something up with my order, first few times I wasn't aware until it was too late because I picked up through the drive thru. Last couple of occasions I made sure to stick around and double check the order, glad I did. They literally haven't fulfilled any of my 4 visits there correctly, I'm not sure what's hard about the task???
