After he messaged me, I called the store using the help link from the order tracker, and the store insisted that the food had to be re-ordered and that they would not make it again - even though they are the ones who gave the order away to the wrong person. I had to call the general Five Guys customer service. They will reimburse me but now I have no food and have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. Why didn’t the store remake the food? The driver was standing right there. The restaurant should have taken responsibility for their mistake. Very unsatisfactory customer experience.

He also gave me the wrong milkshake and would let me exchange it. He rather give me my money back and throw the milkshake away. And he asked me if I speak English when he can’t speak English at all. The dude was so rude and unprofessional. If I knew how to report him I would. I was very very disappointed.

Today my company purchased lunch from 5 guys. Most of the staff refused the food. They ended up throwing away more than half the food. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
