It is your typical five guys nothing special. Just another great burger. I would highly recommend getting the mayo ketchup mix on your burger. Also you MUST get the Cajun fries.

Not a great experience. Order was late I was picking up a delivery and asked to use the bathroom, and the manager refused just because I’m a delivery driver. That honestly felt unnecessary and rude. I get having rules, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Definitely disappointing. He said his name is He-man lol

Here is a very harsh, direct, and uncompromising English translation, keeping the tone angry and confrontational without adding anything extra beyond what you said: ⸻ Today I want to talk about an incident I experienced at this store. I walked in to pick up my order and asked to use the restroom. Inside, there was a disgusting guy — short, wearing a black hat, with some ridiculous necklace hanging around his neck like he was carrying a dog. This man told me that the restroom was “for customers only.” I told him that I was there to pick up an order and asked if I could use it. Right after that, a woman with a child came in from outside and asked to use the restroom for her child, and he refused her as well. After that, I bought a bottle of water. Only then did a female employee give me the restroom key, and I was finally able to use it. So this huge, well-known brand only allows you to use the restroom if you pay for a bottle of water. That is absolutely disgraceful. This employee showed an incredibly shameful attitude toward people. The way he treated us was humiliating and degrading. He deliberately made people feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. He did the exact same thing to the woman with the child who wanted to use the restroom after me. I am speaking directly to the people in charge of this brand: How can you allow someone like this to work in your business? How can you let a person like this earn money under your name? People with this kind of disgusting attitude should not be working under your brand. This is completely unacceptable. I am sharing this so you are aware — do not allow people like this to damage and disgrace your brand.
