Walking in you first notice the peanuts and shells all over the floor. Everything was going okay until I noticed the onions they put on my burger that’s raw looked cooked.. they were spoiled onions. To make matters worse, the cook which is female dark hair with make up and the man assembling the burgers both spoke Spanish - I’m not sure if they were lying about not speaking or understanding English which I believe they were lying- they were talking and laughing amongst themselves and the guy assembling the burger let out a large nasty spit then wiped his mouth with his hands. I was absolutely disgusted. I asked for a refund they ssiad managers not here and kept laughing and talking in Spanish. These people need to be more trained and learn more English when being left alone in an American shop. They shown no care in the world. Do better give guys in Medford. Need to clean and get English speaking workers who are sanitary

The place was very busy. The inside is very plain and uninviting. The service was pretty good and quick. The food came out fairly fast considering how busy they were. The food we got was excellent. I had a shake and an BLT and my buddy got some Cajun fries. It is a little pricey but the quality is good.

I used to love Five guys, but lately they have been skimping on the fries. I ordered a large fries and paid 7 bucks for them to barely fill the cup! This is a drop in quality for five guys, will have to stop going.
