- EEEricOct 10, 20251.0The old short Brazilian lady with glasses saw me walking towards the door, and recognized me as I’m a daily regular and rushed to the door to lock it. Then walked away. It was 6:52pm. I just wanted a shot of espresso, closing hours are 7:00pm. Even the customer inside who watched it happen made a shocked face. I work at the post office across the street and come here daily. I usually put up with their ABYSMAL service, the younger tall gentlemen who literally ignores you while using his phone in front of you, then messes up your order. Also put up with the dirty smell in there. And the nonexistent customer service, but now I will walk to the other Dunkin’ Donuts nearby just to avoid them. Never again. Just wanted an espresso shot.
