  Worse place to get good deals I was getting my pizzas here until I get my free one I set it up to pick up in Summerville and they place the order in this Medford one this was through the app BTW I double check like always and I'm walking I never come back bye Domino's

  Customers visiting the kitchen without appropriate clothing. Taking food and using inappropriate words. Bad environment to visit. My sandwich was partly toasted and the other was raw.

  WARNING – Serious Concern Regarding Employee Conduct I want to report a very serious situation involving the night shift store manager, Pedro. My 13-year-old daughter went to this location to pick up a pizza. After she left the store, she received text messages from a phone number she did not recognize. The person asked her to meet up with him and told her that he liked her. My daughter continued communicating because she did not know who it was, and the messages became inappropriate. Today, the person finally revealed that he is the manager from this Domino’s location and told her that if she goes out with him, he could give her a job. This situation is extremely concerning and inappropriate given that my daughter is a minor. We will be filing a formal report and taking legal action regarding this matter. Parents should be aware and take precautions. This issue needs to be investigated immediately.

  When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the person who served me displayed an inappropriate and unprofessional attitude from the very beginning. During the interaction, they made gestures and expressions that I interpreted as contempt and disrespect. At no point was I offered a proper explanation or courteous service, which is the bare minimum expected in customer service. The situation worsened when the employee suggested that I could take the pizza or simply cancel it, without attempting to resolve the issue or provide adequate assistance. They even went so far as to throw the pizza at me disrespectfully, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. I consider this behavior offensive and completely inappropriate for an establishment that represents a well-known brand. As a customer, all I was doing was legitimately complaining about the poor service I received. Unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where the employee decided to call the police simply because I was complaining about the poor service. This seemed completely unnecessary to me and demonstrates a lack of professional customer service skills. I understand that we all have difficult days, but personal problems should not interfere with work or affect how customers are treated. I request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience at this branch. Sincerely, Affected Customer
