    Respectfully… this Wendy’s right here? They don’t miss… at messing up your order. I’ve been to Wendy’s all over Mass and somehow THIS is the only one that gets it wrong every single time. I’ve been coming here for 3 years… I can’t name ONE time they got my order correct. Just went back again thinking maybe things changed… nah. Asked for medium fries and nuggets… they gave me value size. I go back, tell them… they upgrade the fries… cool. But then give me ANOTHER value nuggets. Didn’t even notice till I got home… because at this point you gotta do a full investigation before you leave the parking lot. And it gets worse. Got drinks for me and my family of 8 … they gave me 4 straws. No sauces I asked for… but somehow they made sure to include ONE sauce no one wanted. You literally cannot make this up. At this point, it’s not a mistake… it’s the system. If you come here, check your bag before you leave… or you WILL be missing something!!!

    Drive thru. First time there. Pretty routine , ordered burger, no onions. Very polite, clear intercom, fast service. Paid, drove off. Fries, as always at every Wendy's, not great. They can do better? If they want to (corporate) 1 Flaw in this experience, they did not remove my one request, the onions. So, i chucked them out the window and ate the juicy burger. Problem solved. Then i got pulled over for throwing onions out a moving vehicle 😩 just kidding 😂 i got home full and safe. To sum it up, im more upset that Wendy's hasn't fixed their fries issue. -Rooted in kindness, growing together- Rey Rey 🖖🏼

    The food at this Wendy's is pretty good, and I appreciate the variety on the menu. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes the staff is friendly and quick, while other times it feels a bit slow. Overall, it's a solid option for a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in service consistency.

    If you want rude service this is the place to be. They got our burgers wrong and when we politely told them the girl over the counter didn't even acknowledge us. Just yells to the back for a new burger and walks away... Then the same girl screaming in the back that she doesn't even want to be here, yelling she wants to go home. Then got the same burger still wrong. Threw it away and left Very disappointed in the service. Will not be returning.

    I placed an order online in the app so it would be ready when I went to go pick it up. I ordered a taco salad and a medium French fry. I went through the drive-thru grab my order and shame on me I should have checked it before I drove all the way back home because my chili was missing for the taco salad. I called the the location to speak with someone before heading out there to inform them what had happened. The phone rang forever before someone picked it up. Finally when someone answered I let them know what happened. They offered to credit my account or for me to go pick up the chili. Of course I went to go pick it up I'm hungry. I wish I never went inside the store. It was disgusting to say the least. There was Grease on the walls grease caked in all over the where they put the french fries it was just disgusting. Not to mention I was not greeted when I entered the store. Someone came up to the register I did not even acknowledge me but started speaking in Spanish to someone else. My first job was at Star Market I was trained how to treat the customer, do they not do this anymore? I am so disgusted.
