Called back to get a credit and was told sorry no credits but you can come back to get your chili after driving home. I do not live in Maynard so that was not an option. After paying over 8.00 dollars for a taco salad I got a sorry! Won’t be going back there. This Wendy’s need to make amends for forgotten food other than you can drive back and get it. I see from the other reviews this is not a new problem at this store.

Check your bag before you pull away. I have gotten all the way home and have to come back all the time and what a pain. They never offer anything extra to make it better, either. Just "oh sorry, here's your missing food." Dining room is closed a lot and you have to wait in the long drive through line. Sometimes twice!
