  One of the best dunkin’s I’ve been to! The service was quick although they were quite busy and they still had a great attitude.

  They put hazelnut in a caramel swirl with cream and the dunkalatte tasted watered down and bitter. Really disappointing compared to the other Dunkins on cape.

  Stood in line for 20 minutes then ordered a box of Joe, the young girl told me in the future don’t just walk in and order a box of Joe when we’re busy, you need to call it in ahead of time. I told her just to make me a box of Joe and I promised I’d never come to this dunks again. She said that I disrespected her and she wouldn’t make me a box of Joe lol, one of the other employees made me the coffee. Never again will I enter that Dunks. Also think I saw at least 10 people walk in waiting for 15 + minutes and then leave without being served. What a joke

  Of the Dunkins I go to I'm the Upper Cape(a lot). This one send one of the more reliable for quality and taste of coffee, iced coffee and the orders being ready and accurate. I've only done drive through.

  Today I had the worst experience by far. I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with a shot of toasted almond.... I'm not really sure why that wasn't understood and why I had to argue back and forth with the manager. He literally came at me with an attitude and I called him out on that. His response was that he was just returning what I was putting out and he can't make me a drink if he doesn't know how. No matter how many times I said medium iced coffee and a shot of toasted almond he always said ok so you want an iced toasted almond with caramel swirl ...... I'm not sure how I could have been any more clear with the man. I also explained the drink wasn't for myself but that it sounds pretty simple , growing more and more ticked off. It's called active listening. He should try it. If I say a medium iced caramel coffee with a shot of toasted almond that's LITERALLY what I want. NOT an iced toasted almond with caramel swirl! Here's a tip... don't just listen to your customers enough to respond - LISTEN!
