- MHMaryanne HarkinsMar 26, 20261.0Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn!! I usually like this location, but the manager is incredibly stubborn. Some staff are great. Others not so much. And they always have different people working there when I go in. Tells you a lot! I went in today. TWO DIFFERENT credit/bank cards showed a CHIP decline. Two DIFFERENT cards. Hmmm. “System error” machine said. Suggested to the manager that it could be his system. You would have thought I insulted his kid. “No, no , no. Not MY system. Nothing is wrong! Must be a problem with your account.” Stubborn! Try rebooting your system sir! Went to another Dunks 5 minutes away. NO PROBLEM with either card! Being stubborn can lose you business.
