One of my favorite Dunkin’s locations around here. I get simple orders - ice coffee, donut so no problem. I use the app or walk in. And much faster and tastier than Sbux. People always nice. I love Dunkin’s because I missed it when living west coast.

Ordered a mobile order at 12:05 for a bagel twist, donut and coffee took 25 minutes to get just the bagel twist, absolutely disorganized.

They never make anything right here. Ever. Even if you order in person, online, ....on mars. They can't make anything special order. Adding shots of espresso is super confusing to them. Putting donuts in a bag is too hard. They suck. Pick literally any of the other thousands of dunkins around here. Your welcome.

I can no longer recommend this coffee and will likely stop going all together. I even tried to speak nice and slow so they can hear, just in case that’s the issue and the person will still ask what I want in my coffee again! And then it’s still wrong! Wrong almost daily now. I’m not sure what’s happening but the manager needs to train their staff on how to make the coffee so it’s consistent everyday. There is nothing worse then the wrong coffee on your way to work, except wait, you had to pay for it!

I mean this: This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited. I only go here out of sheer necessity. I place mobile orders so I don’t have to wait in line and will still have to wait 25 minutes for my order. Not once or twice, it is every time at this point. Every time I’m in there I constantly hear customers complain about wait times and the quality of the products. My order is wrong 90% of the time. If you need help with something you’re hard pressed to find anyone who speaks English. There are a few good employees here that try desperately to provide service and keep everyone on task but unfortunately they don’t work everyday. Do yourself a favor, make your own coffee.
