I even tried to speak nice and slow so they can hear, just in case that’s the issue and the person will still ask what I want in my coffee again! And then it’s still wrong! Wrong almost daily now. I’m not sure what’s happening but the manager needs to train their staff on how to make the coffee so it’s consistent everyday. There is nothing worse then the wrong coffee on your way to work, except wait, you had to pay for it!

I place mobile orders so I don’t have to wait in line and will still have to wait 25 minutes for my order. Not once or twice, it is every time at this point. Every time I’m in there I constantly hear customers complain about wait times and the quality of the products. My order is wrong 90% of the time. If you need help with something you’re hard pressed to find anyone who speaks English. There are a few good employees here that try desperately to provide service and keep everyone on task but unfortunately they don’t work everyday. Do yourself a favor, make your own coffee.

Breakfast sandwiches comparable to McDonalds. I like the iced coffee with an espresso shot. Back in the day they gave you cream and sugar without asking. They ask now. If you want sugar but don't want sugar shock tell them light on sugar. First time I had one of their regulars I felt like I had a mouthful of coffee tasting liquid sugar..so now I know to specify.
