It was left empty, so when I get to my car I had to rearrange the groceries. There we 2 girls on the register and 2 boys all discussing who should do the returns while I patiently waited to pay. This was 6:00.

There was no signage of any type posted stating a sale where the item would usually be.I had gone earlier in the week to purchase the same item and it was also out of stock at that time, but signage stating the sale price, etc. was posted. I went to the service desk for assistance, and there was a sign stating that customer service was closed and to go to self check out for help. When I went to get assistance at self check out, I was appalled!! I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. I approached a woman who was sweeping the floor and asked for assistance. With a rude tone of voice, she asked me what I needed. I explained the above situation to her, and the fact that at times I have difficulty locating items due to my disability. I told her that I have a Brain Injury. She stated “they have put a substitute item out”. I again explained that I could not find the item, that there was no sign. I asked for assistance , or a raincheck. She quite roughly said “no, neither is available” and started sweeping again. There was a male co worker with her that just walked away!! I called to speak with a manager the next day, and was disconnected. After we were disconnected. He did not even take the time, energy, effort, or have the compassion to call me back. I will never step foot in that store again!!
