- PGPaula GrezMar 22, 20261.0This is not my first bad experience, but definitely one that deserves a review. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:58 PM, but was ignored. When I went inside, I was told they were closed (the door was unlocked and the posted hours say 7:00 PM) and essentially chased out. Once in the parking lot, the employee began screaming at me so loudly that people at the CVS next door were staring. She only offered to "make the coffee" after I mentioned contacting a manager—but after that level of hostility, I wouldn't trust her not to spit in my drink. I drove 10 minutes to another Dunkin' where I received excellent service. Avoid this location; the lack of professionalism is staggering.
