- ACAna Laura CarvalhoFeb 27, 20261.0I placed my order around 9:30 PM and came to the store at 9:45 PM. Understandably the staff was frustrated because the restaurant was still packed with people. However, When I came in, I was on the phone with my husband, confirming what he got on his Burger and what we ordered. We ordered a large cajun fries And two burgers. While on the phone employee kept yelling at me trying to get my attention and I told him just to give me one second as I was ending the call. I looked inside my bag. We ordered a large fries, which usually fills up the bag, but we got like a small. I asked for extra fries, but nobody can understand what I was asking for. The only person who treated me nicely was the person in the front who made our milkshakes. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and now have been coming here with my family, and this has been a very disappointing interaction. I am pregnant and I just had a craving. I got home, looked at our burgers and they put pickles on both of our burgers Which was not asked for. I didn’t even eat my burger, I can’t stand the taste or smell of it especially while pregnant. I am very, very disappointed at this point I would drive to The Shrewsbury Five Guys Although that’s 20 minutes out out of my way instead of going to the one that’s five minutes down the road from my house. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
