  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Chipotle location has pushed me to it. I placed an online order and a key ingredients were missing from my bowl. I only realized it after getting home, so I had to drive all the way back to the store. Instead of a simple apology and fixing their mistake, the manager was extremely rude. They insisted on seeing the bowl like they didn’t believe me, and still didn’t want to acknowledge it was their error. There was zero apology, zero ownership, and zero basic customer service. What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with missing items from this location. It feels like almost every online order is missing something, and when you try to get it corrected, you’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. My advice: • Double-check every online order before you leave. • Honestly, I would stay away from this location altogether until they fix their service and attitude, especially at the management level. Chipotle, you seriously need to retrain the staff and manager at this store on accuracy and basic respect for your customers.

  This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at I ordered door dash two nights in a row the first night: came home from work starving ordered food from them simple a bowl with carnitas sour cream and gauc cheese and lettuce bruh they gave me some weird old hardened meat that’s was probably sitting all day and then they put salsa and other weird shit in it it was legit not edible and I got 7 dollars back from the 40 I spent on door dash night number 2: so after yesterday I was so hungry didn’t eat the night before and worked all day so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe I’ll get a better plate this time but I was wrong again same order extra carnitas gauc sour cream and lettuce bruh they didn’t even put meat on the plate legit gave me everything but meat it was just all very upsetting I love the chipotle food chain always have but this store legit is so bad at their jobs and is in desperate need of new management because this is very unexceptionable and I almost never want to eat chipotle again and that’s sucks because I used to really enjoy the food but this store has ruined my appetite and appeal of the food

  I stoped by at 8:30 (closing time is 11PM) I asked for onions and peppers and the attendant told me that they did not have anymore. I looked and the chicken is all done, and about 2 people on break, 2 chatting and 2 working . Just very disappointed

  Whenever we order pick up here nine times out of ten the order is incorrect. Most recently I got a quesadilla not only did they put the wrong meat in but it was also completely soggy to the point where I couldn’t even pick it up Without the contents falling out. Very Frustrating when you get all the way home after picking up an order to see it’s so incorrect to the point where you dont even want to eat it.

  Worst place I ever visited. Evening 7:00pm they will not have meat, capsicum peppers, corn etc. if we ask them they will say it’s done. And they are open until 11:00pm. So are they gonna say everyone who visits from 7:00pm to 11:00pm that they don’t have enough and charge full Money? And they are very rude and disrespectful
