  This is literally the worst chipotle ever the rice is always hard they don’t make queso at the end of the night the food just tastes disgusting. So sad this is the service I get in the area I live because I usually love chipotle

  It's hard to believe how bad Chipotle is. This place is literally overflowing with trash. Like the trash can was so full that trash was actually falling onto the ground or being stacked on tables. Besides that, they did not have steak OR vegetables. This was at dinner time on Saturday, not like it was some weird time when people don't eat food. It's not like they were cooking it and it was gonna be ready in a minute, they just simply didn't have any. But beyond all that, probably the worst part is the attitude at Chipotle. When you go in there to buy a burrito it's like they get angry at you. They also fight amongst themselves behind the counter about who should be doing what. It really is hard to believe how trash Chipotle is here.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Chipotle location has pushed me to it. I placed an online order and a key ingredients were missing from my bowl. I only realized it after getting home, so I had to drive all the way back to the store. Instead of a simple apology and fixing their mistake, the manager was extremely rude. They insisted on seeing the bowl like they didn’t believe me, and still didn’t want to acknowledge it was their error. There was zero apology, zero ownership, and zero basic customer service. What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with missing items from this location. It feels like almost every online order is missing something, and when you try to get it corrected, you’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. My advice: • Double-check every online order before you leave. • Honestly, I would stay away from this location altogether until they fix their service and attitude, especially at the management level. Chipotle, you seriously need to retrain the staff and manager at this store on accuracy and basic respect for your customers.

  This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at I ordered door dash two nights in a row the first night: came home from work starving ordered food from them simple a bowl with carnitas sour cream and gauc cheese and lettuce bruh they gave me some weird old hardened meat that’s was probably sitting all day and then they put salsa and other weird shit in it it was legit not edible and I got 7 dollars back from the 40 I spent on door dash night number 2: so after yesterday I was so hungry didn’t eat the night before and worked all day so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe I’ll get a better plate this time but I was wrong again same order extra carnitas gauc sour cream and lettuce bruh they didn’t even put meat on the plate legit gave me everything but meat it was just all very upsetting I love the chipotle food chain always have but this store legit is so bad at their jobs and is in desperate need of new management because this is very unexceptionable and I almost never want to eat chipotle again and that’s sucks because I used to really enjoy the food but this store has ruined my appetite and appeal of the food
