They proceed to tell me that it’s simply because there’s “too much” salsa in my burrito (I’ve ordered this multiple times with the same ingredients and my burrito was never SOAKING!) They tell me that if I want it rewrapped i’ll have to do it myself and also PAY for the $0.59 tortilla. I ask for it to be remade and they tell me that I’ll also have to pay for a second burrito to be made properly. All I am asking for is my food to be properly made - I had to call customer service to get my food made properly and a refund because the people here are incompetent. Entire situation was so unnecessary she could have simply remade the burrito.

First, the bathroom toilet was absolutely disgusting clearly not checked or cleaned in a while. Then my burrito came out cold, which is crazy considering how busy they were. On top of that, I paid for guac on my bowl and didn’t get any. And the queso I ordered rang up as five dollars just for a tiny side. When I went up to ask about it, the employee told me, “Oh no, you just ordered the regular,” like it was my mistake. Five dollars for a side of queso is ridiculous, especially when the order was already wrong. Overall, messy experience, bad service, and definitely not worth what I paid. Hoping they get it together because this was not it.

Then I asked for chimichurri and they said they were out. I pointed to a steel container full of plastic containers of chimichurri and I was told I couldn’t have any of those because they’re for online orders only. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
