He then yelled at me, saying I couldn't stand there in the store. He can't tell me where I can and can't stand in the store, and the store manager, a man named Rafael with glasses, told me that the general manager said he shouldn't give me my order. It's a terrible business with awful employees.

Yesterday I asked for extra cheese and the employee gives me 3 strings of cheese so I said can I have more cheese and she gives me a couple more strings then tells the guy at the register to charge me for extra cheese. I told the guy at the register that she didn’t give any extra and to my knowledge everything is free to add more except for protein queso or Guac… he then tells me she gave me the right portion amount and tells me that it’s only supposed to be a couple of strings per serving. Then he tells me the cheese might be coming out of his paycheck if they decided to give me more and charges me for extra cheese.. this was by far one of my worst chipotle experiences ever. flat out bogus!

Our food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared ! you can really tell this location takes pride in what they serve. One thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. The dining area was spotless, and even the bathrooms were extremely clean, something you rarely see in most restaurants these days. As a parent, that makes a huge difference. I definitely recommend this Chipotle if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a place you actually feel comfortable bringing your family. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
