  Arrived at this chipotle at 6:05 pm. Had plans to be at at 6:15. Walked in and was told computer was down and I had to place an online order. Within 5 minutes of ordering online the computer was up and running. They proceeded to make all customers who ordered online the full 30 minutes for pick up. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Asked if I could get it sooner due to being in store for the computer issues. Was told no. 20 minutes later a man in the same position as me (but arrived later than I did) was annoyed and asked for a refund or for his meal to be quickly made. They proceeded to make his order on the main line. Sexism. Upon receiving my order 30 minutes later it was COMPLETELY WRONG. I was unable to eat the contents of the bowl as it had beans and sour cream and other items I didn’t order. The employees did not care at all about customer satisfaction. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I have been a long time, chipotle fan, and have dined at many locations in different states. This particular location has got to be by far the most. Unwelcoming and disgusting location. The management was extremely rude. It baffles me why the corporate level cannot get a handle on their individual stores.

  This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a water cup, and an employee told me they don’t do water cups. When I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude. I had to leave and eat my food at home since they wouldn’t allow me to get water. When I got home and opened my bowl, the portions were laughably small. I wish I could leave less than a one star review for this place.

  All Chipotles are notorious for being poorly managed. But this location is worse than anything I’ve ever experienced. After spending $40 on lunch for my family, I asked for a water cup, as we don’t buy soft drinks when we eat out. I was told they “Don’t do water cups” and that I would have to pay for a drink, even if I only wanted water. I asked if this was a new Chipotle policy or just this location, the manager rudely said it was her policy. Because of this we had to pack our food up and take it home to eat. Once I opened my bowl, I saw it was only about half full even though I ordered extra chicken. It was the least amount of food I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. Looking on Google now, I’m not surprised this location has a 2.7 rating. Awful, rude manager and tiny portions. We will never go back. If you’re in the area I highly recommend choosing one of the other Chipotle locations.
