- AAAndrew ArmaniousApr 1, 20261.0This is the worst Chipotle location in Massachusetts all the workers act like the portions come out of their pay and the manager is very rude and disrespectful I got a chicken bowl and they gave me a half portion of everything rice beans pico corn just a half portion and when I call it out I get told in a hostile tone that this is a normal portion and they give attitude while adding a tiny bit more of pico de gallo it’s almost amusing to me that they believe this is how every chipotle operates. I went to this location hungry and I left still hungry with my day ruined it was a horrible experience, if you’re ever in the area you’re better off staying hungry or better yet drive down the road a bit and you’ll find a QDOBA guaranteed to give you a real FULL PORTION of everything and better service too.

The sauce was the only thing I actually enjoyed from the burrito. $16 with extra meat and the burrito was still tiny compared to a $12 burrito as MOE'S that taste good. Would rather visit Moe's over Chipotle.

I am not a fool and not eating chipotle for the first time. Even though the CEO says they have not reduced the portion, but the location did reduce the portion. Who is correct in this case.
- SSSeanFeb 27, 20261.0I ordered on the app. First off, absolutely terrible service that you can’t make any changes after the order is placed. There is no way to actually speak to a person. Then I pick up the food and leave. Upon opening the food I find the burrito bowls half full with the smallest portions I’ve ever seen from chipotle. Again no way to talk to a person. The app is 0 help asking to fill out a form and then cutting off the conversation.
