  The manager John is kind and the workers there too are great like the butcher shop and front end. It’s easier to shop because everything is organized and matches the aisle/category. Looking forward to going back to stock up on whats needed because the prices are kinda reasonable with preplanning unlike other grocery places.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the Mansfield Mass store on Friday March 27 @5:45pm to pickup some fresh seafood. When I went to the seafood dept no one was there. I went over to the deli and no one was there as well. I went to the customer service booth and the girl very rudely said yes, I said is anyone and she quickly said no one is working in the deli tonight. I said let me finish is anyone working in the seafood dept, she said oh she’s on break you will need to come Back when they are finished. I looked at her confused and she said you want to talk to the manager? I said not really but since you offered. I stood for a few minutes and the rude lady said turn around he’s behind you. I turned around and the manager said she’s right the person in seafood is on break and you have to wait, Really this is the service you provide? I’m done with the crap service you provide and will be telling everyone I know not to shop at any Shaws.

  Never go here after 7 pm. If you do only buy as much as you want to bag yourself. If you have mobility issues stay away. The staff have not had a single checkout aisle open at least 3 out of the last 4 times I've made the mistake of shopping here. Instead they all hang around the self checkout staring very rudely at customers doing their jobs for them. I am not mobility limited, but many are and consistently closing EVERY checkout lane a full hour or more before closing is outright discriminatory. The second to last time I came here, the woman at the only "open" checkout lane stared at me the entire time she was helping someone in front of me with a large cart, then TURNED ME AWAY after he paid and told me she the lane was closed. I must have stood there for ten minutes with her just staring at me wasting my time not even having the decency to tell me she had no intention of helping me. I then had to self checkout, fight with the terrible easy ripping bags while the staff just STARES. Seriously why do they all just STARE at me? It's really rude, creepy, and just plain weird. If you are going to rudely state me down, at least bag my groceries while you do so. Edit: typo correction.
