This location now has only kiosks that you can order from. I spent 10 minutes trying to get the brand new kiosks to select my order . Finally after 10 minutes, I tried to pay. The kiosks said cash or credit. I tried to pay with cash. There was no option to pay by cash. I asked the manager how to pay by cash. She said the kiosks must be out of cash, pay by card instead. I said I didnt have a card, that wasn't an option. They told me again to pay by card. I said can I just pay with cash at the register? The Mgr rolled her eyes at me and said we pay by kiosk now, use the kiosk. Then she walked away
Kiosks only make companies lose money. They take way too much time to use(it's supposed to be FAST FOOD remember!) Plus once they are installed, the employees no longer want to help the customer. It is like this in every business that has self service kiosks. Awful idea!!
