They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the food was already made and when I asked why the flatbread wasn’t toasted they said I had to request it. There is no option to toast it on the app I told them and they wanted to argue with me. And then when I said I wasn’t coming back they just laughed and said okay doesn’t bother us!
