  I went there today at 3:30 PM and my food in my coffee was absolutely great. Great customer service friendly people I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to family and friends will definitely be back

  The worst Dunkin ever. Day Manager is just awful and is exactly where he should be. Most unprofessional manager I have ever come across.. how he is in a position to manage I have the slightest clue. He Couldn't manage ABC's on his best day and higher than giraffee .....

  Horrible customer service. I was ordering at the drive-through and without asking me if there’s anything else, the person just told me the total and I said hello. I’m still trying to order food in which no one responded to me so I pulled up to the drive-through window with a long line behind me and they said sorry we’re unable to add items at the window and I said I am not adding you didn’t finish my order when I was at the drive-through and I said if I wanted to, I could get back in the line that was wrapped around the building to order my $.99 hashbrowns. Manager should be ashamed of your horrible customer service

  Not sure what happened to this place but it used to be my favorite Dunkin to go to. Over the last month or 2 the wait times have been insanely long even when there’s no one else there and I pre ordered. I ordered ahead and still spent half of my lunch break in the drive thru line and was never even acknowledged. Went in and nothing was ready. Employees don’t even seem to care that the experience is terrible.

  Usually i never review stores but seems like a good time i do. so I went to Dunkin' Saturday night around 6 PM. I ordered on the app like, ten minutes before thinking i was yet smart, so I get there, and the receipt is still stuck in the printer or sticker machine whatever they use. Like, what? I asked the lady if my order was ready, and she goes, 'Oh, I just got it.' Yeah right, like receipts magically print themselves 10 min after ordering She finally makes my three refreshers and says, 'Oh, sorry,' and tries to give them to me and called it a night and said have a good rest of your day.. I had to remind her I also ordered food! You won’t even guess that the food receipt isn’t even pulled out yet. Like, is she even paying attention? What's annoying is I order from this Dunkin' all the time, so there's no reason for my avocado toast, croissant, and refreshers to be 20 minutes late.?? This service was trash. One star is way too generous. Don't even bother going there. save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
