    Amazing service from Olivia and Addie! I had such a great experience at this CAVA thanks to Olivia and Addie. They were super friendly, patient, and made my bowl exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they really care about their customers and keep the line moving while still giving great service. Definitely appreciate them — they made my visit so much better! I’ll be coming back because of them.

    The food here is always fresh and delicious! My dad and I love stopping by Cava for lunch every now and then to enjoy a bowl together. However, I’ve occasionally had less-than-pleasant interactions with one specific employee when picking up mobile orders. They’ve handed me bowls without bags, rolled their eyes, and pointed toward where I could grab one myself. I also witnessed them being rude to another customer who accidentally spilled her drink while rushing back to work. It’s disappointing, because the rest of the staff and food are great—but a more positive attitude would really go a long way toward improving the experience.
