  usually when I come to this Cava it’s pretty quick in and out as they have a few ppl on the line to prepare and check out. Went in today and waited in line for almost a half hour being the second person in line. There were multiple ppl working other than the cooks and they left one guy to do it all. 100% won’t be coming in here again without doing an online order first.

  The food was good, the service was good, the cleanliness was poor. I spent $19 There wasn’t a single table that was clean. I had to grab some napkins and wipe the table myself. Dining in a place that isn’t clean does make me wonder about sanitary practices in general. I saw a mother grab a spray bottle and napkins to wipe a table so she could enjoy a meal with her son. Please improve on this or be transparent with your expectations. Are we supposed to clean our table if we want to sit and dine or is this the responsibility of whoever is working? Thank you!

  The guy that made my bowl today missed an important ingredient that’s supposed to come in the Harissa bowl. Don’t let the employees make bowls if they don’t know how to read ingredients and confirm. Simple.

  I feel bad for the workers… Management is slow and isn’t helpful. Yes, nice, but slow. Those poor workers need help. Major lunch rush, they were busting there butts and the manager didn’t do anything to help. He is kind but I feel so bad for the workers……. Something changed up in there. Employees the men and women, I saw you today. Raises for all.
