  Don't ever order take-out, you will wait over a hour or more. The cooks are obviously rookies that don't care because this has happened to me many times. This wait happens when you order online so they have known about order prior to getting there. How can you run a business like this?

  Ordered the "ultimate appetizer " you can pick 4 from the menu sides. I ordered boneless chicken wings, mild. Onion wings, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. Think I got the bottom of the barrel. The only thing that was good was the onion rings. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock, I even showed the bartender hitting them on the bar. Fried pickles were horrible, they tasted like they were previously freezer burnt but gave them to the customer anyways. I asked for mild buffalo... they were so hot and had a pile of hot sauce on top of them. I went to pay my tab and had to pay for the entire price of that appetizer. Argued with the bartender for horrible food. Will never go there again.

  What used to be one of my go-to spots for watching sports and grabbing wings has steadily gone downhill over the past couple of years. Between upcharges on basics like blue cheese and ranch, noticeably lower-quality chicken, and consistently inaccurate wait times for takeout, the experience just isn’t what it used to be. Unfortunately, I’ve found that other local chain restaurants now offer better value and reliability.

  The bartender made a really good margarita but unfortunately it smelled HORRID in here. And it wasn’t a smell that you can ignore. We had to hurry up and finish our drinks because it smelled SO bad and go watch the game somewhere else. If they could fix that, I would come back

  Most ridiculous experience I have EVER had. We travel an hour and HALF to come here. The waitress was not attentive and couldn’t even keep our order straight. I asked for a water and the waitress could care less about what I ordered and brought me a sprite. my food was delivered before my husband‘s KNOWING my food was my MEAL. My food not only sat there getting cold while we waited for my husband‘s food to show up( 15 mins later). The food was not only sitting there while waiting for my husbands food , but CLEARLY for a while before it was even brought to me! The restaurant was not busy enough to expect this kind of situation however it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Buffalo wild wings. we NEVER had a chance to eat out food and left there HUNGRY.
