  There was a young male manager talking down to one of the employees. I was disgusted and I won't be back. I asked for his name before I left and plan to email the company separately. His name is Liam. This review is only about him, our server was very nice and attentive.

  Absolute amazing location and awesome staff! I placed an online order and didn't realize it bumped it to the next day, I had no idea until I called about adding on extra sauces and Aria caught it and pushed it through so it would be made right away. She was very pleasant and had great customer service skills! I never have issues at this location but when I do, they are fixed quickly and often go above and beyond. It's so nice to see that they take care of their customers since so many restaurant chains seem to have lost that ability!

  Ordered DoorDash for me and my boyfriend. I got a Chicken Caesar Salad and my boyfriend got a buffalo ranch wrap with onion rings on the side. They completely forgot my salad. Now I’m not eating tonight, so thanks BWW!

  i don’t even know how to explain this visit other than everything was just off. we did the $20 pick 6 deal and just know right now a lot of the entrees are an upcharge. including the 10pc wings which are +$5. so it’s not really giving $20 deal but okay. my boyfriend got the wings half salt and vinegar dry rub half mild buffalo, fries, and a pepsi. the fries were cold and hard. like actually how do you mess up fries. and there was way too much dry rub on the wings. i got a plain burger and upgraded to onion rings. both sodas tasted weird. not watered down just off. also they have paper straws which immediately takes a star off for me i’m sorry. my burger came out with cheese even though i asked for no cheese. mistakes happen but they took the whole plate instead of just fixing it which was annoying. service was slow and we were barely checked on. honestly not surprising because i interviewed here a few months ago and was told the servers don’t have their heads in the game and it didn’t seem like much has changed. upon hearing my opinion on the meal the server did offer money off the bill, and insisted she try to fix it for me which gained them a star in the service category. i feel bad because the kitchen made her have to deal with the gigantic mess up at the table behind me, none of which was her fault. food mistakes are never on the server. when my new burger came out it was completely tasteless. like no flavor at all. everything just tasted kind of gross and weird. the onion rings were also mid which was disappointing because i was here less than a month ago and they were actually good then. also mentioning from above, the table behind me had an order of 30 wings completely messed up too so it definitely wasn’t just us. the vibe was weird too. they kept dimming the lights to basically off so we were eating by tv light and then turning them back on. just pick one. overall just not a good experience. i’ve had better here before but based on this visit i wouldn’t come back and i would honestly pick somewhere else.

  Mansfield is the best BWW I've visited. The wings were pretty standard. But the cheeseburger was amazing. I am a cheeseburger aficionado and have been looking high and low for a good basic burger. Johnson's Drive-In in Marshfield was the last great burger, but it closed in 1998. Papa Gino's has a good cheeseburger, but it depends who makes it. At BWW today, I ordered the All American Cheeseburger, but instead of all the fixin's, I asked for it with just ketchup. I was not disappointed! It was the best cheeseburger I've had in recent years. It shouldn't be tough, but hardly anyone can get it right. BWW did! And the staff was super helpful and nice and the restaurant was clean. Great experience all around.
