    I have been living for 5 years near by and always go every weekend to shop, lately they switched everything up and it’s so messy. Shelf’s empty and staff barely helping. You hear people complaining they can’t find anything. It’s so annoying to shop in there now and it’s been like that for about a month now. I don’t know how long they are going to take but they did to hurry up or at least have staff around to help you find stuff. So ridiculous that now the shopping goes from one hour to 1hour and 30 minutes just because I have to go through every aisle checking every item just wasting time.

    I would like to share a concern about my experience at the self-checkout this morning. The woman working the self-checkout area approached me in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. I had about five items and picked up a store bag priced at $0.99, clearly intending to purchase it. Before I even had the chance to scan it , the employee hurried over and loudly asked whether I had brought the bag with me or taken it from the store. She had been observing the checkout area and could see that I had just picked it up. She then loudly asked whether I had scanned the bag, even though I was still in the middle of scanning and had not left the area. There were no visible signs indicating that bags must be scanned first, and regardless of the order, the bag would have been paid for as part of my transaction. The tone and volume of the interaction felt inappropriate and accusatory. After I finished scanning my items and was in the process of paying, I had a box of crackers sitting at the top of my cart that I decided not to purchase. I planned to place them in the return bin at the front. Before I had the chance to do so, the employee again approached me and loudly asked if I was going to pay for them in a separate transaction. At that point, all of my purchased items were already bagged and I was completing payment. I did nothing wrong during this transaction, yet I left feeling as though I was being treated with suspicion. The employee’s repeated, public questioning was uncomfortable and unnecessary. A more appropriate approach would have been to wait until the end of the transaction or to simply offer to return the item for me if I had changed my mind. I understand the importance of loss prevention, but interactions with customers should be handled in a respectful and professional manner. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences and that employee becomes a better representation for the company…

    Waited 48 minutes for my online order only to get home and find every single item from the bakery side of the store was marked out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Online pick up is supposed to be quick. I had to wait 30mins. Find a manager. Then load my own car. The Sunday crew failed tonight
