Giuseppe dropped our order off at the wrong house and upon calling and asking how things could be made right, he laughed. He came back to the house to “look” for the order he adamantly said he had left on the stairs. He was certain that someone must have stolen …. Within the 3 minutes of him arriving and us getting to the door it’s stolen? Sure... So he left and said he would get us a new one which was awesome! But instead he came back 10 minutes later and said he just found the order by surprise down the street on someone else’s steps. I get mistakes happen but the customer service was terrible and I don’t want cold pizza that sat on someone else’s stairs for 20 minutes …
