- TCTaylor CarNov 5, 20251.0I LOVED OTTOS. The food is so good and I loved to spend my money eating there. However after my experience today Otto's has lost a few loyal costumers. Me and my friends (14) tried to call and order a pizza. We called once and got hung up on before we were able to order our food. When they were not answering my friend I tried calling once my phone. They heard our voice and hung up again. We tried calling on multiple peoples phones. Finally they decided to take our order and we got all the way through before they started playing "Rick roll" and Rick rolled us in the speaker. We were just trying to order a pizza. We called one final time and the quote on quote general manager started yelling at us through the phone. She was calling us unprofessional and told us to order through corporate. We had to get my friends mother to order online on her phone. We were not the ones being unprofessional they just would not stay on the phone long enough for us to take our order. They assumed we were prank calling just because we are 14. The general manager needs to work on her manners. Thank you.

Last time there was hardly any toppings. This time there was just way too much cheese. It was like they added extra cheese to the pizza. It makes me sad since this was our favorite place to get pizzas. Update: Tried their Pizza again. They again, messed up the order and agreed to reverse the charges. They did but still charged me for the tip.
