It’s convenient for me, so I’ve tried to give it multiple chances, but every time, the food is terrible — no flavor whatsoever. Even adding salsa and queso can’t save the burrito from tasting like bland cardboard. The place is always dirty inside, and the soda machine never works. This is just a really bad Chipotle. Whoever the field leader is for this area should be absolutely ashamed. Again, by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

The floor is sticky. They act as if only one person speaks English. They never say hello. It’s actually quite a mess. Just convenient.

I waited quite awhile to order despite how quiet it was and that multiple staff were working and saw me standing there. Several of the soda flavors were dispensing water or VERY diluted soda. It was also very messy in this location. Food was as expected for takeout Chipotle, but this location definitely needs some oversight overall.
